Please do not eat heavily prior to your treatment and try to avoid stressful or highly physical activities immediately after.

• Take exit 45A to merge onto VA-267 W toward Dulles Airport Toll road 
• Take exit 11 for VA-7100/Fairfax County Pkwy  0.3 mi
• Turn right at VA-7100 N/Fairfax County Pkwy 0.7 mi
• Take the ramp to Baron Cameron Ave/Elden St 0.3 mi
• Turn left at Baron Cameron Ave/Elden St Continue to follow Elden St 0.2 mi
• Turn left at Carlisle Dr
• At the end of the road you'll see a large sign "SUGAR OAK-An Office Retreat"  take that road into the business complex. 
• Follow the road past the small fountain and take a right 
• Follow the road until you see a small sign that says "#443 TRADITIONAL ACUPUNCTURE OF NORTHERN VIRGINIA AND ASSOCIATES"
• You can park anywhere and enter the door to the left of that small black sign to the side of the building.
• Go up the stairs and enter the office suite.  There are chairs and a place to rest and relax until your treatment time. Please keep the noise level down as there maybe other doing treatments.

• Take exit 22 for Green Spring Ave
• Turn left (from 695 Glen Burnie direction) turn right (from 695 Towson direction) at Greenspring Ave. You are going the wrong direction if you do not see Old Court Rd at the next intersection less then 30 seconds after the turn.
• Turn left at Green Summit Rd. There is a stop light here. You will see a sign for "Summit Chase" at the entrance way of this road.
• Green Summit Rd turns into Old Pimlico Rd.
• Turn left at Falls Rd. Old Pimlico Rd ends at Falls Rd. You will pass a storage complex, an apartment complex, and an overpass along the way. Avalon Wellness is on the LEFT immediately after you turn left. The building is a large brick building with the numbers 6500 Obrecht-Riehl Properties. Avalon Wellness is down the left side of the building down the steps. If you pass Gerstung on Falls Rd you have gone too far. If you pass the Animal Hospital on Falls Rd you are going the wrong direction.
